Day 1: Transportation by taxi from your hotel or railwaystation to your felucca. Welcome and boarding on the felucca. We sail to El Koubaniya where we have a walk through the alleys of the Nubian Village. We continue to sail to the island of Daraw where we have dinner and stay the night.
Transport en taxi de votre hôtel ou de la gare à votre embarcation. Accueil à bord. Nous partons vers El Koubaniya où nous allons nous promener dans les petites ruelles charmantes du village Nubien. Navigation jusqu'à l'île de Daraw où nous avons le souper et passons la nuit.
Day 2: We start with breakfast and later we visit by toektoek the village of Daraw and his famous market of camels, the camels come from Sudan after a journey of 40 days trough the desert.
Than we sail to Kom Ombo where we visit the twin temple who is dedicated to Haroëris, the hawkheaded god and to Sobek, represented in the form of a crocodile. At the side of the temple is a small sanctuary containing mummified crocodiles. We sail to the nice and fertile island Maniha where we have supper and stay the night.
Nous petit-déjeunons et prenons le "touk-touk" pour visiter le village de Daraw et le marché aux dromadaires: les dromadaires viennent du Soudan après un voyage de 40 jours dans le désert.
Après nous naviguons vers Kom Ombo où nous visiterons les temples jumeaux dédies à Horus le dieu faucon et Sobek le dieu représenté par le crocodile. A côté du temple il y a un petit sanctuaire avec des momies de crocodiles. Nous voyageons vers la splendide et fertile île de Maniha où nous soupons et passons la nuit.
Day 3: After breakfast we sail to Farez where we visit the typical village, a hidden tresor on the border of the Nile. We sail to Djibel Silsileh where we visit the Speos of Hormheb, the sanctuary and the tombs carved in the rocks. We visit the granite quarries and overnight on the felucca.
Après le petit-déjeuner nous reprenons la route pour Farez où nous visitons le village typique, trésor caché sur les rives du Nil. Nous naviguons vers Djibel Silsileh où nous visitons les grottes de Hormhed, le sanctuaire et les tombeaux sculptés dans les rochers. Ensuite retour pour la soirée et la nuit.
Day 4: In the morning, excursion on the westbank of the Nile for a unique walk in the desert. We visit a beautiful valley with hiëroglyphic design, Ouadi Shatt. It is possible to go on donkey-ride.
The felucca waits you on the other side and we sail to the island of Fawaza where we have dinner and overnight.
Au matin, excursion sur la rive ouest du Nil pour une promenade unique dans le désert à pied ou à dos d'âne. Nous visitons la vallée merveilleuse de Ouadi Shatt avec ses hiéroglyphes. Notre embarcation nous attend de l'autre côté et nous naviguons de jusqu'à l'île de Fauraza où nous dînons et passons la nuit.
Day 5: We sail to Edfu where we go by calèche to visit the temple of Horus, the largest temple after Karnac in Luxor. This temple, considered one of the finest examples of Ptolemaïc art in Egypt, is practically intact. One of the best preserved and restored monuments , because for centuries he was concealed under more than 7 m sand. Later we sail to El Kab where we visit the temple of Nekhbet, the fortified city and the tombs of El Kab on the flank of the mountain. We have dinner and overnight on the Nile.
Nous naviguons jusqu'à Edfou, où nous prenons la calèche jusqu'au temple d'Horus pour la visite de celui-ci. Ce temple est le plus grand temple d'Egypte avec celui de Karnac. Il est considèré comme un des meilleurs exemples de l'art potolemaic en Egypte. Il est pratiquement intact, c'est un des monuments le mieux conservé ( car enfoui dans plus de 7 m de sable pendant des siècles ) et restauré. Ensuite route vers El Kab où nous découvrons le temple de Nekhbert, la ville fortifiée et les tombes sur le flanc de la montagne.
Day 6: Breakfast and sail to Esna where we visit the temple of Khnum, the god of creation. The roof is still in place what makes him unique. Unfortunately your adventure ends here and your crew has to say goodbye to you. We take you to your hotel in Luxor by taxi.

Departure can also be made in the reverse way: from Luxor to Aswan in 6 days.
We also make the same voyage on board of a sandal: a very nice comfortable boat with 3 or 5 cabins with private bathroom and a sun deck.
Petit-déjeuner et dernière navigation pour Esna, notre destination, pour nous rendre au temple de Khnum ( le dieu de la création ) . Temple unique en son genre car il possède encore son toit. Après cette dernière visite nous quitterons notre équipage non sans regret de part et d'autre, et un taxi nous conduira à Louxor.
